At Mosaiq, every product is made on demand after your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, incorrect details provided by the customer, or personal preference after delivery.
We only offer a replacement or refund if:
• The product arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• A complete unboxing video showing the package and issue clearly
• A short explanation of the problem
Requests may not be accepted if:
• You contact us after 48 hours of delivery
• The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with
• You cannot provide clear proof of damage or wrong item
• The issue is due to wrong information, image, size, or customization details provided by the customer
If your replacement or refund request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Refunds, if approved, may take 7–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
