Standard products usually take 2–6 business days to design, print, pack, and dispatch.

Custom products, larger sizes, canvas frames, and special made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days to process because they are made specifically for each customer.

Shipping Time:
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery delays may happen due to:
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer

Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and shipping address are correct before placing the order. Mosaiq is not responsible for failed delivery or delays caused by incorrect customer details.
